Often times in ministry we fill a need to please, whether it’s with members, donors, or some other group of influential individuals. However, when we do that we lose sight of who we are really called to please. It is hard as a leader to push through outside noise and focus on what we know God is directing us to do. Sometimes it won’t make sense even to you, but God is faithful and often moves in ways that there are no doubts that His hand is all over it. If you are pleasing the Father, He is faithful to bring the pieces together.
