Why is Kingdom Growth Important?

Our
Position

For churches, the Kingdom Growth Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides grants for Kingdom-focused financial planning. Unlike others, the foundation focuses on a change of heart rather than on programs and events. The foundation’s key benefit is it’s emphasis that the only thing that changes a person’s heart toward a Kingdom focus is the Word of God, applied by the Spirit of God. Programs and events do nothing more than rally people together.

Theological Foundation

The Theological Foundation for the Plan is centered on three aspects.

  1. Live in His will (Obey His Word)
    Ezekiel 36:27

  2. Represent God (Embody God’s Name)
    Ezekiel 36:22

  3. Show His Love to the World (Embrace His Mission)
    Matthew 16:18-19

Scriptural Foundation

Two key Scripture passages support the Kingdom Growth Foundation. The first is Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you” The foundation believes that its focus must be on the Kingdom of God and His righteousness; then God will take care of all the details related to the foundation’s ministry. The next is Matthew 16:18, “And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.” The church belongs to Jesus Christ, and He has promised to build his church.
